Yes, this vendor is trustworthy. Communication was excellent and when I asked a question via email they responded quickly. They also pointed out to me that it is common for the shipping weight and dimensions stated on the shipper’s website to differ significantly from the actual weight and dimensions of the package, as was the case with my order.
